The present invention relates to a cannula for arthroscopic and laparoscopic surgeries, and specifically, to a cannula which allows to easily secure a clear view of a medical team during surgery as a cuff, of which an expansion and a contraction are possible in vertical and horizontal directions, is combined with in a front end portion of an insertion pipe which penetrates through a skin tissue, and allows the surgery to be smoothly proceeded by making a main body of the cannula be smoothly inserted when inserting the same into the skin tissue as forming the same with a soft material. The cannula comprises: the insertion pipe inserted into the skin tissue of a human body, made of the soft material, having a hollow inside, having a thread on the surface, and having an integrated support plate to prevent being outside the skin tissue in the front end portion; a disk screw-combined with the thread, and fixing the insertion pipe by being in contact with the skin tissue; the cuff combined with the front end portion of the insertion pipe, and being in contact with the inside of the skin tissue; an air injection portion connected with the cuff in order to separate the skin tissue and a bone by inflating the cuff by injecting air into the cuff; and an air pressure adjustment portion connected with the cuff in order to adjust an air pressure of the cuff by discharging the air, entered into the cuff, outside. |
