<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reduction in a data amount for game information containing difference time, thus reducing the capacity of a storing means that stores the game information. <P>SOLUTION: A relay device 40 receives a game information signal that is output from a game device such as a game machine 10 and relays the game information signal to an upstream device. The relay device 40 includes: an output time measuring means 45 that measures the output time of the game information signal; a reference time setting means 48 that sets as a reference time a different time from the output time, on the time axis measured by a time measuring means 44; and a relative time calculating means 49 that calculates a time difference between the reference time and the output time as the relative time for each output time. The relative time calculating means 49 calculates each relative time for one reference time on a plurality of types of game information signals.
