<p>Provided is a positive photosensitive resin composition which, when cured, produces a film that satisfies the basic performance requirements of electrode protective films, planarizing films, and insulating films and also has the high hardness required of materials for the various display devices produced in recent years, and also provided is a display device having excellent mechanical strength. The photosensitive resin composition comprises: an alkali-soluble acrylic polymer in which the side chains have terminal unsaturated bonds; a quinone diazide compound; a silsesquioxane; and a solvent. The display device has a film obtained by curing the resin composition.</p> |
