The turbine has a frame (1) rotatably receiving a rotor, which comprises a shaft (2) provided with driving units (3) by collecting kinetic energy of fluid. Two rolling element bearings (4, 5) extend between the shaft of the rotor and the frame to establish revolving connection of the rotor on the frame around a rotation axis (6). The rotor has center of gravity (G) on the rotation axis and outside of the bearings, where the rotation axis of the rotor is tilted relative to vertical direction by an angle of 1 to 20 degree. |
