The present invention relates to a roadbed installation structure for constructing a separate concrete block for a railway track, which forms a support block by floating a separate concrete block for a railway track previously manufactured in a plant from a concrete roadbed or asphalt roadbed at a certain height and injecting mortar into the floating gap. A buried member is insert-molded in a step of manufacturing a separate concrete block in a plant in advance. A hole is bored in a roadbed through a boring guide hole in a construction site, a coupling nut is coupled to a front end anchor member installed through the buried member, and then the bottom thereof is filled with mortar. Therefore, the present invention enables the rapid and secure construction of a roadbed and a separate concrete block and enables the simple and rapid replacement of the separate concrete block after construction during a maintenance work.
