<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth piece inspection device capable of simultaneously performing smoothing of wrinkles on a cloth piece and a defect inspection, and an inspection method.SOLUTION: The cloth piece inspection device includes an inspection table 20 on which a cloth piece T passes, and inspection cameras 41 and 42 that photograph the cloth piece T passing on the inspection table 20. When passing on the inspection table 20, the cloth piece T is obliquely downward pulled from an edge of the inspection table 20, and rubbed by the edge to smooth wrinkles. The cloth piece T is thus rubbed by the inspection table 20 to smooth the wrinkles so as to simultaneously perform smoothing of the wrinkles on the cloth piece T and the defect inspection. The entire device is downsized and processing speed is enhanced. The cloth piece T is rubbed by the edge of the inspection table 20 to smooth the wrinkles, thereby completely smoothing the wrinkles on the cloth piece T.</p> |
