<p>Provided herein are methods and compositions, including pharmaceutical compositions, for treating vaso- occlusion related to sickle cell anemia, thrombosis, vascular inflammation, and thrombocytopenia. The methods and compositions of the present invention are also useful for extending the useful storage shelf life of platelets, through addition of a GPIba-binding cyclic peptide fusion protein (GCPF).</p> |
