<p>Producing an endless semi-finished product comprising at least one diagonally reinforced layer, comprises producing at least one diagonally reinforced layer by (a) supplying many reinforcing fibers in its longitudinal direction by means of a supply device (2) to a tube former (3), (b) molding the supplied reinforcing fibers to form a tube by means of the tube former such that the reinforcing fibers extend in longitudinal direction of the tube, (c) solidifying tube containing the reinforcing fibers in its circumferential direction by means of a solidifying device (4). Producing an endless semi-finished product comprising at least one diagonally reinforced layer having a polymer matrix and reinforcing fibers, which are embedded in the reinforced layer, comprises producing at least one diagonally reinforced layer by (a) supplying many reinforcing fibers in its longitudinal direction by means of a supply device (2) to a tube former (3), (b) molding the supplied reinforcing fibers to form a tube by means of the tube former such that the reinforcing fibers extend in longitudinal direction of the tube, (c) solidifying tube containing the reinforcing fibers in its circumferential direction by means of a solidifying device (4) such that the tube is stabilized in its shape, (d) cutting stabilized tube containing the reinforcing fibers containing by a tube cutting means (5) such that at least one endless section is generated diagonally to the circumferential direction of the tube, and the diagonally reinforced layer is continuously supplied. The reinforcing fibers of at least one diagonally reinforced layer extend obliquely to the longitudinal direction of the semi-finished product. An independent claim is also included for a device for producing the endless semi-finished product, where the method for producing diagonally reinforced layer is carried out by the supply device for supplying many reinforcing fibers in its longitudinal direction to the tube former, the solidifying device for solidifying tube containing the reinforcing fibers in its circumferential direction such that the tube is stabilized in its shape, the tube cutting means for cutting solidified tube containing the reinforcement fibers such that at least one endless section is diagonally generated to the circumferential direction of the tube and the diagonally reinforced layer are continuously discharged, where the tube former for molding the supplied reinforcing fibers extends into the tube such that the reinforcing fibers extends in the longitudinal direction of the tube.</p> |
