The present invention relates to a skin care treatment apparatus using a high frequency, which can easily wash and replace a needle portion, and prevent skin damage during a procedure by controlling the insertion depth of multiple microneedles to fit the skin of a person in need of a procedure. The apparatus comprises: a handpiece portion which can supply power and suck air as one end is combined with a power line where each one end is connected to a control portion and a suction portion and with the other end of a cable having an air suction pipe; a motor which is fixed inside the handpiece portion, has a drive shaft which reciprocates linearly by a control of the control portion due to a control of a foot switch; a microneedle cap where one end is detachably connected to the other end of the handpiece portion, having a needle guide plate where multiple needle grooves are punched on the inner circumference of the other end, and capable of sucking the skin of the person in need of a procedure as being connected to the handpiece portion through an air suction connecting hose by being connected to the inside of the outer circumference of the other end; and a needle portion connected with a frequency sub-vibration portion and the power line as mediums by being movably installed in the microneedle cap, wherein the microneedles are inserted into the skin of the person in need of a procedure through the needle grooves to correspond to the drive of the motor and provide a high frequency. |
