Disclosed are an organic electroluminescence display device and a manufacturing method which effectively prevent deterioration of an organic light emitting unit due to infiltration of oxygen. The organic electroluminescence display device comprises: an organic light emitting unit; and an encapsulation film which surrounds the organic light emitting unit to prevent moisture from being inserted into the organic light emitting unit and has a plurality of layers. The layers are stacked wherein heterogeneous films made of different materials are alternately formed in each layer.
