The present invention relates to a tracked transfer device capable of effectively transferring a person or a product and the like along a track route by arranging balls of a ball array as a track type. According to the present invention, the tracked transfer device comprises: a tracked ball array where a plurality of balls is arranged to form a plurality of track lanes; a frame to accommodate the balls of the tracked ball array to be able to rotate; a first driving unit to drive the ball in a first direction (normal direction of the track lane) by being installed along each track lane of the tracked ball array; and a second driving unit to drive the balls of the tracked ball array in a second direction (direction of the track lane). The first driving unit includes one or more flexible oval rings rotatably in contact with the balls by being arranged along each track lane of the tracked ball array as an oval shape.
