The present invention relates to a mobile terminal capable of capturing a screen image, and a control method thereof. The mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a display unit for displaying a screen image including at least a portion of a page; a capturing unit for capturing a screen image displayed on the display unit; a scroll unit for selecting a direction in which the page is to be automatically scrolled, and automatically scrolling the page in the selected direction; and a control unit for controlling the capturing unit to capture screen images changed by being automatically scrolled, and generating a merged image by merging the captured screen images. |
