<p>The objective of the invention lies in providing a potential therapeutic instrument which inhibits discomfort (limp and numb) or uneasiness caused by discharge or vibration when a patient touches a touch panel, and is provided with a liquid crystal display device which can inhibit a fault of the touch panel or the liquid crystal display device and is provided with the touch panel.
