METHOD OF INTELLIGENT TRAIN SCHEDULING

An intelligent train scheduling method of an intelligent train scheduling system includes the steps of: providing train schedule information including train route information and information on operation hours of each train; generating a time extension network including stations where a train included in the train schedule information stops, as nodes, and routes between the stations included in the train schedule information, as arcs, and operation hours information of each train included in the train schedule information; and calculating predictive information about the traffic volume in each section and in each time slot for the train schedule on the basis of the time extension network.
