The present invention relates to a cryogenic temperature vessel for a superconducting acceleration cavity. The cryogenic temperature vessel for the superconducting acceleration cavity includes: a plurality of side members which is combined to a side port of the superconducting acceleration cavity, and confines displacement of the vessel, and supports most of the weight of the vessel; a main body which is combined to an upper part of the side member, and has a wrinkle shape part prepared to correct relative displacement during thermal contraction at a cryogenic temperature at a fixed part; an upper member which is combined to the upper part of the main body, and confines the displacement of the vessel by being combined to an upper port of the superconducting acceleration cavity, and supports upper weight of the fringe shape part of the main body; and a lower member which is combined to a lower part of the side member, and confines the displacement of the vessel by being combined to a lower port of the superconducting acceleration cavity, and supports most of the weight of the vessel together with the side member. According to the present invention, because an uneven part of the fringe shape is prepared at the fixed area of the vessel main body, it is possible to correct relative displacement difference with a relative object due to the thermal contraction in case there is thermal contraction in the vessel at the cryogenic temperature. |
