<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating agent of fiber for producing a nonwoven fabric that can impart a good antistatic property, low foamability and durable hydrophilicity, and further can impart durable cleanability to fibers for producing nonwoven fabric, a polyester staple fiber that can be obtained by a treatment with the treating agent, a nonwoven fabric containing the staple fiber, and a method for producing a nonwoven fabric using the staple fiber. <P>SOLUTION: The treating agent of fibers for producing a nonwoven fabric includes as essential components an A component comprising a polyvinyl alcohol having an average degree of polymerization of 500-3000 and/or a derivative thereof and a B component that is a dialkylsulfosuccinate having a 6-22 C alkyl group. The weight ratio of the A component is 10-90 wt.% and the weight ratio of the B component is 10-90 wt.% in the nonvolatile content of the treating agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
