<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fouling remover that can efficiently remove fouling such as dust and dirt stuck to clothes, futons, curtains, etc., and that allergen substances contained in the fouling can also be efficiently inactivated. <P>SOLUTION: In a flat center part of the housing 10 of the fouling remover, bristles 11 are implanted in a plurality of lines and, in regions between each lines of the bristles 11, an inlet 12 is formed for the purpose of sucking air into the housing 10. In addition, in a manner surrounding the implant regions of the bristles 11, a plurality of ion generating parts 13 are arranged. Inside the housing 10 of the fouling remover, a fan is disposed, with a filter housed between the inlets 12 and the fan.
