<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine allowing initialization operation at power supply to be constant. <P>SOLUTION: This game machine includes: a game control means integrally controlling a game; and a performance control means that can control a plurality of movable performance devices. The game machine also includes: drive sources each provided correspondingly to each movable performance device; a drive control means applying an electric signal to signal terminals of the drive sources to control the drive sources; and a position detection means detecting the position of each movable performance device. The performance control means includes: a control signal setting means setting a control signal in the drive control means; an output permission means permitting the output of the electric signal to the signal terminals of the respective drive sources; an initial position determination means determining an initial position correspondingly to a position of each movable performance device at the start of the game machine; and an initialization means initializing the drive control means at the start of the game machine.
