<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To providea method for manufacturing a highly drug elution-controlled particulate preparation, which can simply manufacture the particulate preparation by multilayer-coating drug particles through a spray-drying technique without using such a complicated method as simultaneous spraying of two different spray liquids from different nozzles. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the particulate preparation includes : a step of forming a first coating layer on drug particles through a spray-drying technique after dissolving and/or suspending the drug particles in a first coating solution containing a cellulose-based enteric polymer; and a step of forming a second coating layer on the drug particles through the splay-drying technique after suspending the drug particles in a second coating solution containing a water-insoluble polymer different from the cellulose-based enteric polymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
