The present invention relates to a wiring harness for high voltage and current. The wiring harness comprises: a main bracket (10) having a mounting groove (12) where one or more penetration holes (11) are formed on one side and a main bracket O-ring (20) is mounted on the other side; a shield outer terminal (40) grounding a shield wire (60); a shield inner terminal (50) fixing the position of the shield wire (60); the main bracket O-ring (20) having a shape corresponding to the shape of the mounting groove (12); a shield outer O-ring (30) interposed between the main bracket (10) and the shield outer terminal (40); a coupling member (70) enabling the main bracket (10) and the shield outer terminal (40) to be coupled and fixated to each other; and a lug terminal (80) provided for a core wire unit of an end of the shield wire (60).
