A source driver for driving a display panel and a display device including the same are disclosed. The source driver, according to an embodiment of the present invention, which drives a source line of a display panel, includes: a digital circuit configured to receive and store digital pixel data; and an analogue circuit configured to convert and output the digital pixel data into a grey voltage of an analog signal form, wherein a static current of the analogue circuit is reduced in response to a timing signal indicating non-driving period of the display panel.
