<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow one operator to perform loop check in a control system including an industrial machine and a controller controlling the industrial machine. <P>SOLUTION: A loop check system 1 is provided to a control system 4 including a controller 2 and a control target machine 3 controlled by the controller 2. The loop check system 1 includes a relay computer 5 connected to the controller 2 and a portable computer 6 connected to the relay computer 5 via a network and capable of being carried in the vicinity of the control target machine. The portable computer 6 can issue a control command to the control target machine. The issued control command is transferred to the relay computer 5 via a network line. The control command transferred to the relay computer 5 is transmitted to the controller 2.
