The present invention discloses a run-time fault detecting method and a recording medium recording a run-time fault detecting program. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the run-time detecting method includes the following steps: (a) loading fault detecting modules corresponding to monitoring object modules, to which an information tagging function and a fault detecting function are added; (b) hooking execution paths of the monitoring object modules to the fault detecting modules; and (c) detecting a run-time fault by tagging an information tag to data generated according to the execution of the fault detecting modules and examining the information tag at a time when the data is used.
