<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate a static elasticity modulus of early-age shotcrete from which a core for an uniaxial compression test cannot be collected, and to surely recognize the rigidity. <P>SOLUTION: An estimation method of the static elasticity modulus of the early-age shotcrete includes: (a) a preliminary test step of executing a pull-out test or a needle penetration test as a preliminary test to a sample comprising the early-age shotcrete from which a core cannot be collected, and obtaining relation between a material age and converted compression strength; (b) a main test step of collecting the core from shotcrete from which the core is made collectable, executing the uniaxial compression test as a main test, and obtaining the relation between the material age and uniaxial compression strength and the relation between the material age and the static elasticity modulus; (c) an approximation curve setting step of setting an approximation curve for approximating the relation between the converted compression strength and the static elasticity modulus of the sample from the above-mentioned relation; and (d) a static elasticity modulus estimation step of estimating the static elasticity modulus from the converted compression strength of the sample on the basis of the approximation curve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
