<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glycopeptide derivative suitably usable as e.g. a sugar chain donor of transglucosylation of a sugar chain structure of glycoprotein pharmaceuticals in antibody-containing protein medicines using endoglycosidase. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a glycopeptide derivative introduced with a liposoluble protecting group and represented by the formula, and a production method thereof.
