The present invention comprises the following: a work rate detection means (6, 7) that detect the work rates of a detection subject; a work rate memory means (13) that can map work rates detected by the work rate detection means (6, 7) to time and store the same; and a representative value calculation means (12) that uses the work rates stored by the work rate memory means (13) to calculate representative values for the work rates for a plurality of specific time periods retroactive from a prescribed reference time.</p> |
