<p>An image management system (30) is provided with an image management device (10) and a mobile information terminal (20). The image management device (10) is provided with an attribute information appending unit (11) that appends, to image files, attribute information containing a keyword. The mobile information terminal (20) is provided with: an attribute information extraction unit (21) that from the image management device (10), receives the image files to which the attribute information has been appended, and extracts the attribute information from each received image file; a storage unit (22) that stores the keywords contained in the extracted attribute information in association with the image files from which said attribute information was extracted; and a search unit (23) that if a search keyword is input, compares the search keyword to the keywords stored in the storage unit (22), and searches for the corresponding image file.</p> |
