When the finally received DCI format for PUSCH is a DCI format 4 in which one of the transport blocks is disabled, the scheduling unit (1013) notifies, to the transmission power control unit (1015), δpower-offset that is decided from a value set in a New data indicator field for the disabled transport block.

A mobile station device communicating with a base station device, comprising: a transmitter that receives, from the base station device, downlink control information for two transport blocks, which contains first transmission power control information and second transmission power control information, and which is used for scheduling of a physical uplink shared channel, and a transmission power control circuit that: accumulates a value indicated by the first transmission power control information, andcalculates transmission power of the physical uplink shared channel by employing at least both an accumulated resultant value and a power offset value indicated by the second transmission power control information; wherein in a case that the downlink control information for the two transport blocks indicates that one of the two transport blocks is disabled and another of the two transport blocks is enabled, the second transmission power control information is mapped to a field to which information indicating initial transmission or retransmission for the one of the two transport blocks is to be mapped.
