The warning lock for a bicycle according to the present invention is configured to be able to control the operation of a locking unit (30) using a portable terminal (80) as a communication unit (41) capable of communicating with the portable terminal (80) is included in a control unit (40), and an application (84) is mounted on the portable terminal (80) to be able to input a password or a control command into the control unit (40) through the communication unit (41).
