A disclose imaging cartridge includes: a photoresist part including photoresist where an electrostatic latent image is formed; a developing part which includes a developing roller which supplies tonner to the photoresist and develops it, and a gap maintaining part which controls amount of access of the developing roller to the photoresist part; a side bracket part which has a first position determining part prepared in the developing part, and a second position determining part which guides the first position determining part and supports the developing part to be moved, and is fixed to the side of the photoresist part, and an elastic member which applies an elastic force in an access direction of the developing roller to the photoresist part.
