<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste water relaying device which has a backflow-preventing mechanism certainly increases a discharge amount of waste water while reliability is improved. <P>SOLUTION: A waste water relaying device has a top panel with an inflow port at a top end of a cylindrical body. In the cylindrical body, a spring and a valve shaft is provided. A closed valve is swingingly attached to a lower end of the valve shaft. One end of the closed valve is connected to an inner wall of the cylindrical body so as to be openable and closable. An upper end of the closed valve is configured to contact with a lower face of a stopper fixed in the cylindrical body.
