<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-reliable gasification furnace capable of suppressing melting of a furnace wall refractory material of the gasification furnace and growth of deposits onto the furnace wall refractory material. <P>SOLUTION: In this gasification furnace 1 including an upper stage burner 5 and a lower stage burner 6 installed on an upper part and a lower part of the gasification furnace 1, for supplying coal 26, 32 and oxygen 28, 34, and the side wall refractory material 7 constituting a wall surface of the gasification furnace 1 and forming a gasification part 4 on its inside, a plurality of temperature measuring devices 16 are installed inside the side wall refractory material 7 between the upper stage burner 5 and the lower stage burner 6, along a height direction of the gasification furnace 1, and a control device 21 is provided, for operating a temperature distribution near the side wall refractory material 7 of the inside of the gasification part 4 based on temperature measured values measured by the temperature measuring devices 16, and for adjusting each flow rate of the coal 26, 32 and the oxygen 28, 34 to be supplied from the upper stage burner 5 and the lower stage burner 6 into the gasification part 4 based on the operated temperature distribution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
