The purpose of the present invention is to obtain two advantages of power generation and traffic in a process of installing a submerged tunnel by installing a partitioned chamber inside a submerged box forming the submerged tunnel and installing a power generating device including a hydraulic turbine in the partitioned chamber inside the submerged box to utilize power of tides or river water flowing outside the submerged box. The submerged box includes an air injecting means installed to connect an internal space of the partitioned chamber wherein the power generating device installed and an internal space of a submerged traffic box to each other and including an air pump formed to inject a polluted air layer inside the submerged traffic box to the inside of the partitioned chamber; a drain pipe means including a discharge pump and an opening and closing valve to discharge polluted water and the polluted air inside the partitioned chamber to the outside of the submerged box; and an electric cable and an electric cable guiding pipe device to transmit the generated power from the power generating device of the partitioned chamber to the outside. The present invention provides the submerged box including a door where a worker comes in and goes out of the partitioned chamber to repair and maintain the power generating device of the partitioned chamber and applies a power generating function of the tidal power generation device to the submerged box when compared with an existing method, thereby obtaining an effect of utilizing the great power of tides flowing around the submerged box for power generation. |
