The organic functional layer is disposed between the anode layer and the cathode layer. The cathode layer includes a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer. The first conductive layer is disposed between the organic functional layer and the second conductive layer, and work function of the first conductive layer is higher than work function of the second conductive layer.
