The present invention relates to a control of molten glass discharge and block by arranging at least two molten glass discharge devices on a bottom of an inclined bottom portion in a vitrification furnace. A periodic discharge device is mounted on an upper portion of the inclined bottom portion in the vitrification furnace to periodically discharge the molten glass. An entire discharge device is mounted on a lower portion of the inclined bottom portion in the vitrification furnace to entirely discharge the molten glass. The periodic discharge way has a driving device to discharge and block by driving a barrier arm, and the entire discharge way is a composite discharge device which discharges the molten glasses through heating a heating body by an induction coil for discharge.
