PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visitor management device which collaborates with a home network and a visitor's terminal, and a method therefor.SOLUTION: A visitor management device comprises: an inviter terminal which receives visitor's information input by an inviter and transmits an invitation message including installation information of a management application to the visitor's terminal corresponding to the input information; and an inviter server which collects authentication information and position information of the visitor from the visitor's terminal via the management application, and when the server confirms that the visitor has already reached a predetermined range preset as a visit place, opens a door after verifying the authentication information. |
