<p>The battery emulation device (5) has a control unit (7) and an emulator channel (8) for emulation of a battery cell voltage in a connection (10d) of a battery control unit (3) corresponding to a reference value predetermined by the control unit. The emulator channel has a voltage source, an amplifier unit, connecting cables (11a,11b,11c) for connection of the emulator channel (8) and measuring cables (9a,9b) and unit for simulation of error conditions, particularly of cable breaks. An independent claim is also included for a method for testing a battery control unit.</p> |
