Source clock frames are re-constructed using the reference clock frames, clock difference information and the receiver's local clock system.

A wireless transmitter, comprising: a processor which receives first source clock frames of a datastream and receives and derives local GPS clock frames, and which calculates the clock difference between said GPS clock frames and said first source clock frames; and a radio-frequency transmitter which transmits said clock difference; wherein said processor processes said datastream into a plurality of channels of data packets, and dynamically allocates transmitting channels for said data packets for wireless transmitting.
