1. A bevel gear removal socket system comprising:
a housing having a first end, a second end, an opening in the first end, and a channel in communication with the opening, wherein the channel extends into the housing towards the second end and wherein the channel is configured to receive a bevel gear; and grooves located in a wall of the channel, wherein a shape of the channel and the grooves are configured to receive and engage helical teeth for a spiral bevel gear, wherein rotation of the spiral bevel gear removes the spiral bevel gear.
