The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing gloves for work, and gloves for work manufactured by the same. More specifically, the method for manufacturing gloves for work switches a conventional wet-dry method to a dry method which dries the gloves with hot air after dipping the same into polyurethane, thus the gloves manufactured by the method have stronger surfaces, and excellent wear resistance and solvent resistance. The method for manufacturing the gloves for work comprises: a first step for knitting an inner skin; a second step for knitting an outer skin; a third step for decaling a dot screen on the outer skin; a fourth step for overlapping the inner skin with the outer skin to manufacture gloves; a fifth step for dipping the manufactured gloves into a polyurethane resin; a sixth step for smoothing the surfaces of the dipped gloves; a seventh step for pre-drying the gloves; an eighth step for drying the gloves; and a ninth step for additionally drying the gloves. The method for manufacturing gloves for work: is processed by the dry method, and thus saves water, minimizes waste water, and saves energy; and switches a method, which bonds the inner skin to the outer skin and dips the gloves, to a method, which simultaneously performs dipping and bonding, and thus simplifies the process. In addition, the gloves manufactured by the method of the present invention has the effects of: static electricity prevention by using copper wires; heat insulation by using wing yarns; wear resistance enhancement through viscosity control and a dry-type process; solvent resistance enhancement by the dry-type process, and the like. |
