<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a molding showing excellent moldability when a nonwoven fabric is used as a base material, and forming a deep-drawn molding suitably. <P>SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric is a needle punched staple fiber nonwoven fabric containing binder staple fibers. The binder staple fibers have a core-sheath composite form where a crystalline polyester is arranged in a sheath and an amorphous polyester is arranged in a core. The crystalline polyester has a crystal melting point (Tm) of 100-150°C, and contains a dicarboxylic acid component composed of a terephthalic acid as a principal component and a diol component composed of a 1,6-hexanediol of not less than 50 mol%. The amorphous polyester has a flow initiation temperature (R) of 105-155°C. A value (R-Tm) obtained by subtracting a value of the melting point of the crystalline polyester from a value of the flow initiation temperature of the amorphous polyester is not more than 5. A predetermined molding frame is used while melting the crystalline polyester and simultaneously softening the amorphous polyester by heating the needle punched staple fiber nonwoven fabric on heat molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
