<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element whose light emission intensity lowers less over drive time, and to provide a light-emitting element with high luminous efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The problem is solved by providing a light-emitting element including, between a pair of electrodes, a layer containing an organic metal complex having a structure represented by the general formula (G1) below and a low molecular compound. The organic metal complex is a guest material and the low molecular compound is a host material. (In the general formula (G1), Ar represents an arylene group; R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>represents an alkyl group or an aryl group; R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>each independently represents hydrogen or an alkyl group; one of R<SP POS="POST">21</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">22</SP>represents an alkyl group with 2-10 carbon atoms and the other represents an alkyl group with 1-10 carbon atoms; M is central metal and represents an element belonging to Group 9 or Group 10; and n equals 2 when the central metal is the element of Group 9 and n equals 1 when the central metal is the element of Group 10.) <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
