1. A wind energy collection system comprising:
a wind lever assembly coupled to a rotatable support member; and a generator coupled to the rotatable support member, the wind lever assembly moveable to a first displaced position causing the rotatable support member to rotate in a first direction, and moveable to a return position causing the rotatable support member to rotate in a second direction, where each rotation of the rotatable support member turns the generator wherein the wind lever assembly comprises a wind lever coupled to the rotatable support member, and a counterweight coupled to the rotatable support member via an extendable arm; wherein the counterweight comprises a magnetic element received within a wire coil and coupled to the extendable arm; and wherein movement of the wind lever assembly to the first displaced position and movement of the wind lever assembly to the return position cause the magnetic element to move relative to the wire coil.
