The present invention relates to a test wellhead assembly and a BOP test device using the same. Provided are a test wellhead assembly and the BOP test device using the same, wherein a BOP device is enabled to form a stable supporting structure while being combined with a test wellhead via latching by mounting a support jig to be able to support the BOP device combined with the test wellhead via latching. Accordingly, the testing operation of the BOP device can be conducted more safely and more conveniently; and pressure resistance which can be generated in a test pipe in a BOP test process can be prevented by forming a bleed path communicating with a combining groove into which the test pipe is inserted and combined. Additionally, the tightly combined state of the test pipe can be induced in an inner pressure test process and moreover, the testing operation of the BOP device can be conducted more safely and more accurately as a leakage state of an inner fluid can easily be grasped in an inner pressure test process.
