PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve timing adjustment device with a filter which can be easily manufactured with press working.SOLUTION: A filter 90 is constituted by a metal plate 70, a metal plate 71 and a metal plate 72 laid one on top of another in the thickness direction. The metal plate 72 has a plurality of inlet holes 83 to be communicated with a supply oil path 29. The metal plate 70 has a plurality of outlet holes 85 distant from the inlet holes 83 in view from the thickness direction. The metal plate 71 held between the metal plate 70 and the metal plate 72 has intermediate holes 87 each connecting one inlet hole 83 to one outlet hole 85, and it is thinner than a minimum opening width W2 of each of the inlet hole 83 and the outlet hole 85. Thus, in the filter 90, a flow path 91 is formed ranging from the inlet holes 83 through the intermediate holes 87 to the outlet holes 85. A flow path width W1 of a minute flow path part 92 at an intermediate site of the flow path 91 corresponds to a thickness t1 of the metal plate 71 and smaller than the minimum opening width W2. |
