PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a device for cutting a frozen strand-state food product in a slice state, in which the device comprises: a machine frame; a cutting device which has a cutting tool which is a circular saw blade pivotally supported in or on the machine frame, the cutting tool can rotate around its central axial line in one direction, and can move on a cut plane regulated by the circular saw blade in the other direction; and a supply area for the food product to be cut, capable of feeding the food product to the cutting device so that the slices which are sequentially formed from the food product can be separated from the supply area to outside.SOLUTION: A circular saw blade 7 is pivotally supported in a machine frame 3 or on an arm 9 pivotally supported on the machine frame so that the saw blade can rotate and drive, and the circular saw blade continuously rotates or moves by reciprocating movement around a rotation axial line 10 fixed to a frame of the arm, by the arm. |
