PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition in order to significantly extend storage stability (shelf life), which is regarded as a weak point of a one-liquid thermosetting epoxy resin, while maintaining excellent adhesiveness to various substrates and heat resistance which are characteristics of an epoxy resin composition.SOLUTION: There is provided a curing agent for a surface-treated thermosetting epoxy resin in which a thermosetting epoxy resin is coated with fine particles having no reactivity with an epoxy resin.
