PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adhesion of contamination to the surface of a heat-shielding coating film, a possible cause of deterioration of the heat-shielding effect, under such a condition as not to cause deterioration of the heat-shielding effect, without much limitation of the coating appearance.SOLUTION: A coating film is composed of an infrared reflection coating film 101 and a surface protective coating film 102 formed so as to cover the surface of the infrared reflection coating film 101. The infrared coating film 101 is coated e.g. on the surface of an outside wall 103 of a building structure composed of concrete. The infrared reflection coating film 101 reflects infrared rays on the surface of the coating film. The surface protective coating film 102 is composed of a resin transmissive to infrared rays. |
