PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to operate operation means for a cutter by a user with a light operational feeling.SOLUTION: A cutter has a link mechanism 70. The link mechanism 70 is equipped with a deformable link while keeping a parallelogram which is configured from parts among a first rod-like link member 71A, a second rod-like member 71B, a third rod-like member 71C and a portion of a frame 20 connected to the second link member 71B and he third link member 71C. Rollers 71B1, 71C1, which are protruded towards the frame 20, are mounted near lower ends of the second link member 71B and the third link member 71C. When the frame 20 is lowered, two leverages are formed in the second link member 71B and the third link member 71C. |
