摘要 本发明系有关一种适用锂电池阴极材料之含矽双相粉末及其制造方法,首先,混合锂锰氧化物粉末与矽铁粉末,并进行煆烧程序;再者,将硫粉末混合上述完成后之产物,再进行煆烧程序;最后,研磨上述之产物,以获得适用于锂电池阴极材料且包括有LiMnFeSiO相与LiMnSiS相之LiMnFeSiSO粉末;其中以阴极材料之含矽双相粉末所含原子总数为100at.%,阴极材料之含矽双相粉末系包含0.21at.%~2.89%矽铁粉末、1.35 at.%~4.58at.%硫粉末,以及其余原子总数百分比的锂锰氧化物粉末。; mixing sulfur powder with the above mixture and proceeding with calcination; grinding the above product to obtain LiMnFeSiSO powder which is applied to cathode materials of lithium batteries and contains LiMnFeSiO phase and LiMnSiS phase. The total number of atoms for the silicon-containing biphasic powder of cathode materials is 100at.%, wherein the proportion of ferrosilicon powder is between 0.21at.% and 2.89at.%, and the proportion of sulfur powder is between 1.35at.% and 4.58at.%, and the remaining proportion is lithium manganese oxide powder.
